White exterior is in very nice driver condition. The
chrome, stainless, and other bright work is in respectable
condition with no major pitting overall.
The paint has a
smooth finish and a nice gloss. There are some blemishes
and touch ups around the car that were too faint to show up in
the photos, but nothing that really stands out from five to ten

top is in nice shape with no holes. Like many vintage
convertibles, the top and windows do not line up perfectly.
The power feature of the convertible top works well. The
rear window is clear with no yellowing. The convertible
top soft boot is included. This Cadillac still retains its
original hubcaps, which are in very good condition. The
tires appear to have at least 80% tread left.
The Red and White interior in this
Cadillac is in decent driver condition.
The seats look good with no holes or
cracking. The chrome on the dash, door panels, and
inside the car is in nice shape. The carpet is in
presentable condition and with no rips. There is some
staining on the front passenger's side, which is visible in
the photos. The door panels look in person just as
then do in the photographs. The power seat does not
work. The car retains it original radio, but it is not
functional. The vent windows open and close properly.
All of the power windows work, as does the horn, and
This Cadillac is in good
mechanical condition. It rides and drives well and it
ready to be used, with some room left from general improvement.

car is smooth on the road. The transmission shifts well
throughout the power band. The brakes are responsive and
do not pull to one side or the other.
The odometer and
speedometer work, but the needle sticks at about 35. There
is an audible note of an exhaust leak.
There are also some options on the car that no longer work such
as the clock, water temp gauge, blower motor, misc lights,
wipers, etc. The fuel gauge moves, but I would not trust
its accuracy. There may be other troubles with the car
that I have possibly overlooked so I would suggest that the
buyer inspect the car in person if possible. None of the
problems I have noticed make the car unusable in its current
state, but in an attempt to be totally honest I must disclose
them. Not enough can be said as to how much of a pleasure
it is to drive this car, especially with top down on a nice day.
This car is great looking,
complete, and ready to be driven. The 1959 and 1960
Cadillacs are highly prized and extremely collectible.
This car turns head and gets A TON of attention
everywhere it goes. It also has one of the lowest asking
prices anywhere on the market for a usable '59 or '60 Cadillac
is an excellent opportunity to purchase a very rare car.
Convertible Cadillac’s make excellent cars to drive.
One could enjoy this vehicle for several
years and sell it for more than your purchase price.
We, as always, would encourage you
to take the time to view the car in person if possible. We
have nothing to hide, that is why we include so many photos.
