Seven Hills Motorcars is extremely proud to offer this 1974 Camaro
LT that is in excellent driver condition and priced to sell.
This Camaro has been tastefully restored with a professional repaint
and complete engine rebuild with approximately 350HP. The car looks
great, runs awesome, and is fun to drive, especially rowing through
the gears on the 4 speed transmission. This is an excellent opportunity to
own a classic Camaro that is ready to be used and enjoyed at an
unbeatable value. One could easily buy this car now and sell it for
more than the purchase price in years to come. This Camaro is
finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Black
with white rally stripes over Black LT interior. Please peruse all

1974 saw the Camaro finally bow to
federal bumper guidelines. This required a major facelift on the
Camaro. Rather than place an I-beam ram on the front of the car,
Chevy was able to tactfully craft a bumper which met the
requirements and still looked relatively stylish - to some people.
In addition to this, a new, now fiberglass front end nose was
required. In the back, a matching aluminum bumper was used, along
with wrap around teardrop style tail lights. This change required a
redesign of the rear quarter panel and trunk as well.

exterior is in very nice driver condition. A
professional re-paint was completed in 2002. The black paint and
white rally stripes are great combination and show very well.
As one can see in the photos, the paint has a nice gloss, good
shine, and smooth finish. 3 new Type Lt badges have been
installed on the car and really pop. The brightwork on the car
bumpers are in nice condition with great shine. There are no
major imperfections that have been intentionally excluded from
the photos. There
are some very small blemishes and minor dings that were too
small to faint up in photos, but nothing that is really
noticeable from just five feet away. Tires are like new sized 245/60/15 in the back and
215/65/15 in the front. The aluminum wheels are excellent shape
with a beautiful bright finish. All weather stripping is in great usable
condition. Both the windshield and rear window have been
replaced recently. Trunk is solid and nicely painted with new

with no rips, split seems, or signs of excessive wear. The rear seat covers
appear to be
original and are also in great
condition. The original dash pad
is in great shape with no cracks and the wood trim bezel is
in great shape as well, both have no fading or sun damage.
The dash has slightly pulled up in the back right side by
the windshield area which is common with the age of the car.
Carpet is in like new condition with no major stains, rips,
or holes. The original
door panels look great with no cracks or splits; both
door pulls are also solid and in tact. The headliner is in
excellent shape with the material still firmly attached. This car has not been smoked in;
there is no aroma what so ever. Camaro interiors are not
know to wear well and the great condition of this interior
is a testament to the loving care this car has received.

This Camaro is in
excellent mechanical condition and an absolutely awesome driver.
Much care and resources have gone into rebuilding this engine
and all mechanicals are in excellent condition. There are
receipts with the car for the engine upgrades that
include: HEI ignition box ($250), Edelbrock intake ($200),
Performance HEI distributor ($150), Lifters ($90), Flomaster
exhaust ($550), Hooker headers ($150), Water pump ($120), Power
torque clutch kit ($108), Streetdamper balancer ($160), Deep oil
pan ($105), brake booster ($160), and the list goes on and on.
This Camaro is an exceptional driver that feels great on the
road and highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or
driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well,
and runs excellent. The car shifts well, does not pop out of
gear, and the clutch feels
good. The brakes do not pull and the car stops as it should. The engine
is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. All
of the gauges work with the obvious exception of the clock and
the tach, which just stopped.
The horn and
driver's door lock do not
work. The a/c works and actually blows cold as previous
owner spent a lot of money on the system.
The exhaust on the car is not obnoxiously loud, but has a very
healthy tone. Not enough can be said as to how much
of a pleasure it is to drive this car, especially with the
4-speed transmission on a beautiful day.
Overall, this 1974 Type LT Camaro is in
excellent restored driver condition. It is a great value and we
have it priced to sell. This car turns heads and gets tons of
attention wherever it goes. The value of these cars has gone up
exponentially in recent years. They are all solid investments
for a collector or the average enthusiast. There is no way
someone could duplicate this car with all of the work completed
for anything near the asking price. One could easily enjoy
this vehicle for several years and sell it for more than the
purchase price with minimal effort
