Seven Hills Motorcars is
Cincinnati's premier Corvette specialist anda
licensed and registered auto dealer by the State of Ohio. With
many years of focused experience I specialize in 1957 to 1982 Corvettes.
There is no other dealership that can better meet your needs if you
would like to buy, sell, or just find out more information about your
Corvette. This is simply a one man operation, and this is not my
full time employment. I do it because I enjoy it. I am a
collector and enthusiast and therefore look for cars that excite me.
I do not purchase at dealer auctions; each car is hand picked by me
because it is special or rare to me and because I like it.

vehicle description
Seven Hills Motorcars is very proud to offer this 1969 Corvette
4-speed in excellent condition and priced to sell. This
Corvette is virtually 100% turn key. The car looks and drives
awesome, needs nothing, and is ready to be used and enjoyed.
This car is finished in one of the most desirable color combinations
for a Corvette, LeMans Blue over Black.
The low mileage is supported by the clear Ohio title, pictured
below, showing the mileage as "actual." Please peruse all of
the photos below to get a true sense of how clean and nice this
Corvette really is.
As a side note, this Corvette is not a dealer auction vehicle.
We hand pick each car after careful inspection. Our
Corvettes come from owners who expect their cars to go to someone
that will give the vehicle the same care and attention as they did.
We invite and encourage you to examine the car in person or have the
car inspected. Please take the time to scrutinize each
picture. We photograph each vehicle to the greatest extent so
you can feel confident about your purchase. If you have a
question about the Corvette, just give us a call.
condition
Exterior
The LeMans
Blue
exterior
is in very nice driver condition. As one can see in the
photos
the finish has dazzling gloss and
smooth finish.
The chrome bumpers
and other bight work on the car look great with no rust,
pitting, or cloudiness. Often Corvettes will have
particularly chipped up front ends, this car does not.
The underside of the front end, a very fragile part of the car,
is in great condition as evidenced by the photos. The
wheels look great and have absolutely no curb rash on the beauty
rings. There are no major imperfections that have been
excluded from the photos.
From certain angles is appears as if the hood has been
repainted. There are some small blemishes that were too
faint to show up in photos, but nothing that is really
noticeable from five or ten feet away.
There are NO
rust issues with this car.
The frame is solid
with no rust in front of the rear tire around the "key hole" and
there no rust visible on the "A" pillar around the windshield.
The car looks just as good in person as it does in the photos.
Window Date Codes
Driver's: XV -
"X" denotes
February and "V" denotes 1969 meaning this piece of glass was
made in February of 1969.
Passenger: VX -
"V" denotes
December and "X" denotes 1968 meaning this piece of glass was
made in December of 1968.
Rear: JV -
"J" denotes May
and "V" denotes 1969 meaning this piece of glass was made in May
of 1969.
Please note that all of the "Astro
Ventilation" door glass on this car is date coded and original
as the pieces predate the car's body build date of July 12, 1969
(L12). Original glass is a good indication that this
car has had no major accident history
and never sustained significant damage.
Interior
The black interior of the Corvette is also
in fantastic condition. The
seats show virtually no wear. They look in person just as
they do in the photos, with no slits, tears, or split seams.
They are not worn
in the typical areas such as where the driver gets in and out.
The carpet is
in like new condition as well with no stains, rips, or holes.
This includes the rear carpet which is often neglected.
The dash and console are in great condition with no cracks or
sun fading at all. The door panels are in great
shape with no splits or tears. I must disclose that the
seats do have the slightest tinge of cigarette smell. The aftermarket radio works
well and sounds much better than the stock radio ever did.
Most importantly, the console was not cut or modified for the
installation.
The interior looks just as good in person as it does in the
photos.
Mechanical
This car is in awesome mechanical
condition and is an exceptional driver that needs nothing.
It
is tight on the road and at highway speeds; the car drivers
terrifically. Everything on the car works. The
brakes are responsive and do not pull to one side or the other.
The car has a non-numbers matching Chevrolet V8 under the hood.
It starts right away every time and runs well. There is
no smoke when starting or driving the car. The entire
vacuum system for the headlights and wipers works as it should,
including the vacuum override switches.
The horn works as do the headlights, interior and exterior
lights, blower, and wipers.
The heater core has been bypassed.
All of the gauges work with the obvious exception of the clock.
The only item I am aware of on the car
that does not work is the fiber optic light monitoring system,
which is the case with most 1968-71 Corvettes.
Not enough can be said as to how much of a pleasure it is to
drive this car, especially with the 4-speed and t-tops out on a
beautiful day.
Overall
Condition
Overall, this 1969 Corvette is in great
condition for a driver. This car is a great value and I
have priced it to sell. This car always turns heads and
gets ton of attentions wherever it goes. The 1969 model
year is one of the most desirable and collectible for Corvettes.
It is an excellent choice today and in the future as an
investment. One could enjoy this vehicle for several years
and sell it for more than your purchase price with minimal
effort.
