Niko Michael Coachwork, EXCEPTIONALLY CONDITION, Low Miles, Recent Full Service

Seven Hills Motorcars is tremendously proud to offer this extremely rare and extraordinarily clean 1994 Rolls Royce Corniche IV 4-door convertible. The car has been owned by only one family since it was purchased new. This is an excellent opportunity to own a stunning piece of Rolls Royce history that car is new-to-market and has never before been offered for sale before.

This particular 1994 Rolls Royce Corniche IV was converted by the famed coachbuilder Niko Michael in 1995 to a 4-door convertible. It was purchased brand new in 1994 by a very notable and prominent Rolls Royce collector. He almost immediately had the car sent to Niko Michael in Port Washington, NY to do the conversion, which was completed one year later after more than 5,000 man hours at a cost of over $250,000 in 1995 dollars. The quality of workmanship on the car is unprecedented and superior to even the original Rolls Royce coachwork. The car is finished in Arctic white with a Parchment Tan interior, and a tan top. This is the correct and original color combination confirmed by the codes on the data tag attached to the bonnet. This car is said to be the last of only two Corniche 4-door conversions completed my Niko Michael and the only Corniche IV.

As one can see in the photos and the video the car is in excellent cosmetic condition. The car currently has 32,785 miles and is in impeccable mechanical condition as well. Every single item, switch, accessory, and function we tried works properly. The previous owner had purchased over 40 brand new Rolls Royce's over the years and they all received “no expense spared” maintenance. He also frequently used and drove his cars so any needs they had were always addressed immediately. There are receipts for maintenance and repairs for this Corniche IV that total over $37,500, including a full engine out service in April of 2017.

We are offering a rare opportunity to purchase a very special Rolls Royce at an unbelievable value. Another Niko Michal Rolls Royce Convertible just sold at the the RM Sotheby's auction this year for $252,000. This Corniche IV has been stored in an indoor climate controlled environment since day one. The original books and manuals, pictured below, are still with the car. Even the original stereo demonstration cassette tape is still with the car in the original wrapper. The original tools are also included and pictured in the trunk below.

This Rolls Royce has a clean AutoCheck report, which is pictured below and shows no accident history. The low original mileage is verified not only by the condition of the car, but also the one family owner history, the AutoCheck report, and the clear Ohio title showing the mileage as "Actual." Please view all of the photos, video, and other information below to get a true sense of how nice this Niko Michael Rolls Royce Corniche IV really is.

As a side note, this Rolls Royce is not a dealer auction vehicle. We hand pick each car after careful inspection. We have also included photos of the rockers, lower front and rear quarter panels, and the other areas most prone to rust to show how clean it is.

The brakes were recently serviced by the previous owner. There is no blue smoke when starting or driving the car. It runs cool and does not overheat. Also, the engine bay is clean, nicely detailed, and correct as one can see from the photos.

They light up when the key is first turned on and then go off when the engine is started. There are no "check engine" or other warning lights that stay on. The a/c works and blows cold and there is a receipt for a/c service included with the car. All of the gauges work as do all the exterior lights, indicators, wipers, power locks, all the power windows, both power mirrors in all directions, and the power seats in all directions. This Rolls Royce has a horn with two selectable tones that both work. One can observe to complete operaton of the power top in the video.
